The Grievance Redressal Cell (GRC)

The Grievance Redressal Cell (GRC) is setup to address the issues of students concerning their grievances and redress the complaints as per their requirement. The students with a genuine grievance to approach Grievance Redressal Cell or by filling Google forms in online or post it to suggestion box to submit their grievance regarding any academic, non- academic matters and related to facilities requirements in the campus. The institution supports the student at all levels and make them feel comfortable learning experience in the campus. The institution aims to solve the student grievances within stipulated time.

Objectives

  • To create a platform where staff and students can raise their problems about academic and non-academic matters.
  • To ensure a fair, impartial and consistent way for redressal of various issues faced by the stakeholders.
  • To develop a responsive and accountable attitude among the stakeholders, thereby maintaining a harmonious atmosphere in the campus.
  • To ensure that grievances are resolved promptly, objectively and with sensitivity and in complete confidentiality.
  • To ensure stakeholders to respect the rights and dignity of one another.
