The Memorandum of Understanding with Infosys was signed in the year 2011. Since then some of our faculty members were sent to Infosys to attend the workshops on Faculty Development Program. They were trained by the Infosys by a program called ‘Train the Trainers’. This happens once in six months and the faculties learn how to teach using the latest methodologies. The trained staff came back to our college and trained the other staff of our college. After this faculties training program was initiated, we were able to start campus connect program successfully for the students at Madha Engineering College
The Campus Connect Program has motivated the students to get curious to know about the latest developments in the IT Industry and has helped the students to improve their academic performance. It has helped the students to get placed not only at the Infosys but also in other leading companies. The staff and the students get an opportunity to interact with the intellectuals throughout the world, through the seminars and the webinars which the Infosys conduct and solve their problems by discussing it with them.
